- The sender on the label is never nawtyshop.
- The courier’s paperwork describes the contents in neutral terms.
Your bank statement
Your EFT goes to an account in the name of WEBAFY (PTY) LTD, not nawtyshop. Your statement shows that name and your payment reference, and nothing about what you bought.
Emails and messages
- Email subject lines and previews never mention product names. You only see what you ordered once you open the email.
- We only email you about your order, unless you chose to hear from us about new arrivals and offers. You can unsubscribe from those at any time.
On the website
Tap the eye icon at the top of any page to switch on Discreet Mode. It blurs every product image and changes the browser tab’s name and icon to something neutral. Your choice is saved on your device only, so it stays on until you switch it off.
What we keep
We keep your details only as long as we need them. Your delivery address and phone number are anonymised 90 days after delivery. Our privacy policy explains the details.
