Where we deliver
We deliver to street addresses across South Africa. We do not ship outside South Africa.
We do not keep stock ourselves. Your order is sent to you directly by our supplier, using the courier the supplier works with.
What delivery costs

The delivery cost is shown in your bag before you place your order, so there are no surprises at checkout.
How long it takes
Every product page shows its own delivery estimate. It is the supplier’s usual time, counted from the day your payment clears, and it is an estimate and not a guarantee. Different products can come from different suppliers, so an order with several items can arrive in more than one parcel. You pay delivery once.
When your order leaves
You pay by EFT, so your order starts moving once the payment has cleared:
- Place your order and pay by EFT using the payment reference we give you.
- We hold your order for 48 hours while the payment clears. If it does not arrive in that time, the order is cancelled.
- Once the funds clear, we place your order with the supplier and email you tracking details as soon as the supplier sends them to us.
Packaging
Every parcel goes out in plain, unbranded packaging. Nothing on the outside says what is inside or where it is from. Read more about discreet delivery.
If something goes wrong
If your parcel is late, damaged or not what you ordered, contact us with your order number and we will sort it out. Our returns policy explains your options.
